Fox catches Fishers: Fox Brothers acquire J Fisher & Sons

Construction materials provider Fox Brothers has acquired J Fisher and Sons (Fishers), a ‘key player’ in road planing and asphalt reprocessing in the Northwest.

This acquisition, which is effective from June this year, is the first by the Fox Group since it was purchased by Stellex Capital Management last September.

Paul Fox, CEO of the Fox Group, said: ‘Fishers has a strong management team, and we welcome them and their colleagues as we continue with our expansion plans.
