Jenoptik acquires Vysionics

Jenoptik has acquired traffic control specialist Vysionics.

The company is a leader in enforcement technology. This acquisition opens a new chapter for Vysionics, with a strong parent company allowing further expansion into international markets as well as introducing a range of new products to the UK ITS sector.

Jenoptik are renowned for their advanced enforcement solutions, but so far with very little exposure to the UK market place.
