Ringway Jacobs wins Enfield contract

Ringway Jacobs will deliver all of the highway works and services for the London Borough of Enfield under the London Highways Alliance Contract (LoHAC) Framework.

Worth around £20 million a year, the contract will run to 2021 and will utilise a range of services including reactive defect repair, emergency response, planned routine maintenance, local implementation plan schemes, design services, capital renewals and street lighting works.

In addition, Ringway Jacobs will be working with the borough to deliver the Cycle Enfield project following the successful bid for full ‘mini-Holland’ status and award of an additional £30m of cycle improvement scheme funding.

Enfield is the second north east London Borough to award Ringway Jacobs a full term maintenance contract under the LoHAC Framework – the first being the London Borough of Haringey a year ago.
